Accordingly, the return, exchange, and refund policy is subject to the terms approved by the <strong>seller<\/strong> from whom the purchase was made, not by the platform.   <\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">By using the platform, you agree to comply with this policy and its associated terms. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>First: Role of the Platform (Scopelux) <\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">We operate as a technical intermediary only. Our role is limited to: <\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Providing the technical infrastructure<\/strong> to display products and facilitate the purchasing process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Displaying each seller&#8217;s return policy<\/strong> as specified by them on the product page.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Facilitating the return request process<\/strong> through the platform interface.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Forwarding the return request to the seller<\/strong> for review and approval.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Processing the financial refund<\/strong> after receiving confirmation from the seller accepting the return.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>We do not bear any responsibility for accepting or rejecting return requests. The final decision rests with the seller according to the policy they have announced. <\/strong><\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>Second: Seller Responsibility <\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Each seller on the Scopelux platform is committed to the following:<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Clearly defining their return policy<\/strong> on each product page, including: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">The allowed return period (e.g., 7 days, 14 days, 30 days).   <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Conditions for accepting returns (unused product, with original packaging, without breaking seals).  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Cases where returns are not accepted (customized products, perfumes and cosmetics after opening, watches after removing seals).  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Adhering to the policy they have announced<\/strong> when receiving return requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Responding to return requests within 3 business days<\/strong> from the date of submission.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Bearing the shipping costs for returns<\/strong> if the reason is a product defect or seller error.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Compensating the platform for any refunded amounts<\/strong> made to customers due to the seller&#8217;s violation of their policies or due to counterfeit or defective products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h3>Third: Buyer Rights and Return Procedures <\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3.1 Acceptable Return Cases<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Returns are not accepted for the following products except in case of a clear manufacturing defect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Products whose original packaging has been opened (especially perfumes, cosmetics, makeup).  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Customized or made-to-order products (such as custom abayas).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Watches and jewelry after seals have been removed or after use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Intimate products (underwear, swimwear) for health reasons. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Products that have exceeded the period specified by the seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>3.3 Return Submission Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Submit the request<\/strong>: Through the buyer&#8217;s account on the platform, within the period specified by the seller.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Provide evidence<\/strong>: Photos or video must be uploaded showing the reason for return (defect, damage, non-conformity).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Seller review<\/strong>: The request is forwarded to the seller for review within 3 business days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Seller decision<\/strong>: Either accept the return with shipping instructions, or reject with reason stated.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Return and shipping<\/strong>: If accepted, the product is shipped to the address specified by the seller (at the expense of the responsible party according to the return case).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Inspection and refund<\/strong>: After the seller receives the product and confirms that conditions are met, the platform is notified to process the refund within 5-7 business days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h3>Fourth: Refund Mechanism <\/h3>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Refund method<\/strong>: Refunds are processed through the same payment method used by the customer at purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Refund period<\/strong>: Within 5-7 business days from the date the seller accepts the return.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Deductions<\/strong>: In cases of change of mind, the original shipping fees and return shipping cost are deducted if applicable.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Amounts refunded from the seller<\/strong>: If an amount is refunded to a customer due to a defective or counterfeit product, the platform has the right to deduct the amount from the seller&#8217;s dues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h3>Fifth: Disputes and Conflict Resolution <\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">In case of a dispute between the buyer and seller regarding a return request, the platform commits to the following: <\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Mediate to resolve the dispute<\/strong> through the support team.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Review evidence provided<\/strong> by both parties (photos, correspondence, announced return policy). <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Make a binding decision in the following cases<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Proof that the product is counterfeit or fake.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Proof that the seller violated the announced return policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">Seller&#8217;s failure to respond to the return request within 7 days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\">If the platform makes a decision in favor of the buyer, the platform has the right to recover the amount from the seller or deduct it from their dues. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>Sixth: Disclaimer (Platform Protection) <\/h3>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Under this policy, and to the maximum extent permitted by Saudi regulations: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Scopelux is an intermediary platform only<\/strong>, and does not bear any responsibility for the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of any displayed product.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>The final decision on return and exchange requests<\/strong> rests with the seller according to the policy they have announced.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Our financial liability for any claim<\/strong> does not exceed the total commission we received from the disputed transaction.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>We do not bear any responsibility for any indirect damages<\/strong> or loss of profits or any punitive compensation arising from use of the platform.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any seller<\/strong> proven to have violated their
